Legend has it that only four people in Skradin know how to make a real Skradin risotto. One of them is in Zagreb. Dalibor Anić has been cooking since he was a child, and this winter he is present at Fulinarja on Strossmayer Square. You will find it in the Picnic house . Although there is a sea of Dalmatian dishes on offer, it took some persuasion for the Skradin risotto! In the end, we managed to get him to cook for us for at least two days that specialty that his mother taught him to cook. Namely, the traditional recipe from his family is the Skradin risotto .

Not to be outdone – on Sunday, December 11, from 1:00 p.m., we're having a delicious meal at Fulinarja. It's time for a picnic!
