We use Outlook to process all internal e-mails and communicate with customers. When we receive your e-mail we will receive your email address, IP address, and the information you have provided us in the contact form or message. Our e-mails are stored on a server in Croatia, where all data is protected by the ISO 27001 management system. E-mail communication is kept in our database for a period of 3 years to enable us to improve our services and to provide you with the appropriate service.

We use Google Analytics to generate fire information on our mobile app. To use the maximum functionality of the mobile app divan.fyi, you need to allow push notifications and geolocation. You give the specified privacy settings in your smartphone settings.
In order to submit push notices, we use the service of our Onesignal partner and share with you the necessary UDID information of your mobile device.
To use positioning and navigation functionality, your current location information will be forwarded to another app or service on your smartphone google.maps or maps.

For the delivery of our newsletter, as well as for the management of recipient lists and logging records, we use the MailChimp platform and we take all necessary data protection measures in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Croatian Law and Regulations (GDPR).
