English alt-rock greats Placebo will still wait a bit for their loyal Zagreb audience

After a nearly two-year break from concert activities, during which they worked on new songs in the studio, Placebo will return to the big world stages this summer. Zagreb will be one of the stations that will be among the first to hear how they sound, and the band will remind you of the rich catalog of hits from their career on their favorite stage in the city center.

Although we rejoiced in May after the first blow of the double crisis that the worst was over and that the concert would still be, as announced, in July in Šalata, with the first cold autumn rains, the latest news arrived – the gig is postponed to June 26, 2021. in the same place .

Known for frontman Brian Molk's androgenic image, glam rock and raw punk guitars, Placebo has become one of today's most famous rock bands in two decades, with over 12 million albums sold worldwide. Since the self-titled debut album that changed British music, acted as a counterweight to Britpop and inspired many bands, Placebo went down in history with five albums that topped the UK Top Ten, collaborating with artists such as David Bowie, Robert Smith and Michael Stipe both have a place at the top of the British scene.
