A treasure trove of children's creativity

The exhibition "Treasury of Children's Creativity" is the crown of the artistic and pedagogical work of Dijana Nazor Čorda, which will make the rich children's creativity a permanent cultural treasure of the School Museum.

On Thursday, October 1, 2020, at 6 pm, the exhibition “TREASURY OF CHILDREN'S CREATIVITY. Retrospective exhibition of art and pedagogical work by Dijana Nazor Čorda – donation to the Croatian School Museum "created by the Croatian School Museum, and realized in partnership with the Ethnographic Museum in Zagreb, where visitors (Trg Mažuranića 14, Zagreb) visitors can see from 1 to 31 October 2020

The exhibition "Treasury of Children's Creativity" will present exceptional student projects, works in various techniques, souvenirs, works of applied art and design, as well as digital and photo documentation. The exhibition is a donation of selected works to the Croatian School Museum, winner of two state awards (Annual State "Ivan Filipović Awards", 2012 and decorations of the Order of the Croatian Danica with the figure of Antun Radić, 2013) for special merits in education Dijana Nazor Čorda. The exhibition will present the author's art and pedagogical activities and projects from educational institutions and domestic and international festivals. We believe that this valuable exhibition will be a stimulus and inspiration to all pupils and students, future teachers of fine arts, educators, teachers and artists, but also as a valuable example of work and preservation of cultural heritage to the citizens of Zagreb.

The building of the Croatian Teachers' Home, which houses the Croatian School Museum, was severely damaged in the earthquake and is closed to all visitors until further notice. As in this commendable example, they realize their exhibitions and other programs in cooperation with other Zagreb museums, educational institutions and other institutions.
