The destination where you can experience an unforgettable summer adventure is Gupčev kraj (area of Donja Stubica and Gornja Stubica) in green Zagorje.
A summer full of events
The COOLtour summer in the Gupčevo region includes various activities at cultural and historical locations, including concerts, theater performances, children's programs, workshops, medieval programs, air show, dance and other artistic performances, sports programs, fairs, art programs, international cooperation, all with the aim development of continental tourism in the summer season with the tourist valorization of cultural heritage. Culture is COOL, especially with interesting interpretation and content adapted for all generations!
During June, July and September, visitors have the opportunity to enjoy a rich program as part of 3 events, namely Stubica fest, Summer in Oršić Castle and Aeromiting – Meetings for Rudija . When we add to these programs excellent gastronomic delicacies offered by catering establishments and surrounding traditional restaurants along with relaxation on Zagorje's green riviera of Terme Jezerčica or vacation homes with beautiful viewpoints, an unforgettable experience is guaranteed.
First up is the Stubica fest , an event that will take place over 3 days at 3 different thematic locations.
Expect good entertainment at the lavishly decorated Gastro Zone, where this year, along with one of the most attractive amusement parks, well-known musical names will perform. Musical diva Vanna will perform on Friday, June 14, and on Saturday, June 15. after watching the football match Croatia – Spain (Euro 2024) on the big screen, we hang out with Parni valjak .
Great entertainment is guaranteed by Daddy Cool Band, Mario Huljev and the band, Šarmeri and Grupa Profeel, and a rich gastronomic offer by various restaurateurs.

The Society of Knights of the Golden Chalice will return Jure Stubičanc Park to the Middle Ages, where on Saturday and Sunday, June 15 and 16, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., the 3rd Tahi's Knights' Tournament will be held, in which it will be possible to participate and see the knight's camp, medieval games, plays, fire show, knight's tournament for the golden chalice, fire fights, workshops, belly dancers, medieval fair.
Numerous workshops and animations await you in Feller's corner, balloon, facepainting, healthy corner, art workshop PAINT&GIN, MAGIC LEON, play KRTICE (Kerekesh theater) and much more.
Our partners also prepare a diverse program. On Saturday, the 4th humanitarian craft pot, a gastro show of artisan associations from all over Croatia, organized by UO Stubica, will be held. Wherever you go, at the Stubica fest, you will come across many interesting events that will enrich your day and will certainly bring you back next year to this attractive festival.
