The complexity of the coffee roasting process is further confirmed by the fact that this process uses special software that, by measuring the levels of acidity, sugar and bitterness, seeks the perfect "matches" on the basis of which the coffee is roasted.

In addition to coffee, in Quahwa you can taste artisan iced teas and Turkish coffee prepared in hot sand.
