Snack bar Kut
A newly opened diner in the heart of the city of Zagreb, which begins its adventure with two talented, young and creative Croatian chefs – Ivana Bekavac (Chef) and Grgo Bačelić (Sous Chef).
Kut's offer is based on gables, but Bekavac immediately reminds us that the cooking techniques, as well as the equipment in their kitchen, are at levels that go beyond the classic understanding of the word. The restaurant will be open every weekday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
As for the concept, it is relatively simple; in Kut you will be greeted every day by three food options, one of which will always be suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Meals are changed on a daily basis, and prices will range between 30 and up to a maximum of 60 kuna. It is also worth mentioning the interesting offer of drinks. Since Kut is also a small place, they want to support smaller Croatian wineries and breweries, such as Lepi Dečki from Međimurje, at affordable prices.
