Eggspress is the first Zagreb restaurant specializing in egg preparation.

Eggs Royale is one of their famous dishes and also the best-selling. It is cold-smoked salmon on bread with three poached eggs and Dutch sauce topped over poached eggs. The price is 79 kuna.

Avomash toast includes a different source of protein, which is avocado. In addition, a boiled egg, smoked salmon, balsamic vinegar, and sunflower and sesame seeds were served. The price is 75 kuna.

In 2019, Eggspress Zagreb received a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor, and all their bread comes from the Zagreb Breadclub.
