BREAD CLUB STARTER
The story started with natural yeast, sourdough, levaine, sourdough – whatever you call it. When we realized what a little fermented flour and water can do, we didn’t hesitate for a moment.
We opened a bakery that makes bread with natural yeast.
Natural yeast technology is a by-product of nature. We decided to apply our knowledge of natural yeast, fermentation and grain quality in bread production. Technologically the most demanding type of bakery, but also the most beautiful.
Our team was chosen and composed of people who are primarily lovers of baking, people who, despite completely different professional orientations and stories, have chosen to dedicate themselves to their passion. It is this love and inspiration that we want to transfer to our recipes and share with you.
Bread Club is a vision that is constantly evolving and that strives for quality, learning, changing cultural eating habits, dedication and work.

Bread Club is located in two locations; Trakošćanska 42 in Trešnjevka and Vlaška 27 in the Center.
While Bread Club in Trešnjevka is just a bakery, the second Bread Club in the city center is a bakery and a cafe with a terrace, created to enjoy coffee and fine snacks.
