Biomaniacs are dragging tons of locally grown organic food to Fuliranje. We were fascinated by veggie scents from all the pots.

Their recommendation is to try the Bolitto bowl. A dish inspired by burritos – but in liquid form. Guacamole, black beans and sweet potatoes. And also without gluten and meat, but also other animal derivatives. Completely vegan and gluten free!
