In Portuguese, Beleza literally means beauty. But in Brazil, the word Beleza is also used as a greeting among friends. The name Beleza represents beauty but also invites to a relaxing friendly atmosphere.

How did our bar come about?

The idea for Beleza was born about 9 years ago. Inspired by a visit to Brazil, the owners; Sergio and Silvija wanted to bring a touch of Brazil to Zagreb. Delighted by the idea of a Brazilian bar, Mr. Zlatko Vukovic, Silvia's father and Sergio's father-in-law, and a fan of football, samba and Brazilian colorfulness, decided to get involved and help turn the dream of Beleza into reality. And that's how our bar came into being, which celebrated its 8th birthday this year!
