AKC is a non-partisan, non-profit, non-governmental association of citizens operating in the field of non-institutional culture and youth. The association operates on a do-it-yourself basis, creates a cultural, political and economic alternative and fosters an activist approach and provides a public space for creation and action for anyone who refuses to be part of the mainstream and wants to participate in local change leading to a free society.
