Green River Fest begins!

The fifth edition of Green River Fest brings you an experience that will conquer you and make you fall in love with the Zagreb summer. From July 19 to September 22 , a series of activities await you that will delight all the senses. Zagreb's swimming and sunbathing areas are reviving again in a sustainable spirit.

Various programs will take place here – from film screenings under the stars, through cultural evenings, to sports competitions and educational workshops for children and adults, as well as the inevitable music program.

Festival program

For the opening weekend, 19.7. you will be welcomed by Jabuka in the Guests "Night of Faith And Devotion" and the iconic DJ FUKI. Saturday 20.7. is reserved for romance and the Pannonian sailor along with Some New Kids . The last week of the seventh month is reserved for friends from Africa, so from 24.7. until 28.7. you can walk across the African continent and enjoy the rhythms of Africa through workshops, culture, fashion and gastronomy!

Enjoy the warmth of summer with solar showers and create refreshing moments on the Solarna beach and balloons. Before or after showering, try sports such as badminton, beach volleyball, grass rugby or table tennis. If you prefer a vacation on the river beach, you can simply throw in a white, schnapps or preference.

There will also be cultural treats! Kino na Sava returns on Mondays in cooperation with domestic film festivals. Animafest and Liburnia film festival, Pula Film Festival and Motivun Film Festival Project and CINEHILL are guests. We also watch the good old hits The Wonderful Forest, The Wizard's Hat and the Oscar-winning Surrogate. Enjoy literary and musical evenings on Tuesdays or join the iconic Babinjak on Wednesdays, where you will be able to listen to and meet many inspiring women. Creative workshops and entertaining performances await the youngest. An excellent stand-up program is prepared by Marina Orsag and Studio Smehha .

There's no better way to spend an evening than pub quizzes, board games and laying on the beach with refreshing cocktails and laughter with friends. Show your knowledge and win great prizes! In addition to all that, Green River Fest proudly announces a rich musical program, Silent party.

Clap and booze

The program also includes the traditional competition for Miss Sava and Sava's Tarzan, as well as the inevitable Fishing Evening where carp is prepared on forks with delicious fish. An indispensable part of the program is the gastronomic magic at the Langosh bar and langoustines of all kinds, and a large selection of refreshments at the Beach bar.

But… that's not all either… because the summer will be very long and hot, so expect the unexpected!
