Summer molds in Zrinjevac

Every Friday and Saturday until the end of summer!

From the 1950s to the 1970s, the favorite pastime of the people of Zagreb was dancing. Following world trends and dancing to the rhythm of the most popular pop, rock, jazz and swing hits, generations and generations of young people have grown up. Plesnjak on Zrinjevac revives the spirit of former Zagreb dancers.

Dancing will take place at the Music Pavilion, which became a recognizable venue for promenade concerts as early as 1891. Dancing shoes will be played with the rhythms of various musical genres. There will be swing and rock'n'roll, Charleston jive, salsa and tango will be danced. The diversity of the music and entertainment program is one of the main assets of this project, which completes the rich summer offer of the metropolis with dance.

From July 26 to August 24 , every Friday and Saturday, Zagreb citizens and visitors to our city will be able to enjoy Plesnjak on Zrinjevac.

During these 10 summer evenings , visitors have a unique opportunity to socialize with dancing and great music, learn a few new dance steps and enjoy great live concerts.

Every weekend in Zrinjevac, there will be dance workshops performed by the Dance Center Zagreb by Nicolas , where visitors will be able to learn the dance steps of the Viennese waltz, discofox, jive, tango and foxtrot and many others with expert guidance.

You can take your seats at Zrinjevac from 5 p.m. The dance workshops will start at 18:00, and the concerts will start at 20:00 .

Admission to all programs is free. In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the program is moved to Sunday .
