A two-day rock festival not to be missed

Pivovara Medvedgrad becomes the epicenter of music, fine craft beer and juicy street food

The main celebration of the Medvedgrad Brewery's 30th birthday will arrive in style on July 5 and 6 in the brewery yard ! Get ready for a good time because Huzjanova 36 becomes the epicenter of music, fine craft beer and juicy street food. With the biggest names of the Croatian rock scene, it can be safely said that this year's Brundanje has turned into the strongest rock festival in Croatia.

The rock explosion starts on Friday at 8 pm with Jonathan , who arrives with a new album and promises an even bigger spectacle than last year. Next up will be the legendary Goran Bare and Majke , who will sing songs that touch the heart through emotional lyrics. The evening closes with Let 3 , known for challenging taboos, breaking boundaries and provocative lyrics.

Saturday brings an even more explosive lineup. Perfect Marginalci start at 19:00: Suba, Zoki, Šoki from Hladnog Pivo and Krmpa from Deafness By Noize will take us back to the beginnings of Hladnog Pivo with performances of songs from the first three albums. Followed by Coyotes – legendary local blues rockers, and then Jura Stublić & Film will take you back to ancient times. The evening and Brundanje will culminate with the performance of Pips Chips & Videoclips , which will surely make you sing along.

A wide selection of beers for €3 and a finger-licking street food feast

In addition to top music, you will be able to experience the brewery in several other ways: Purgerica aka the Witch of Grička will take you on a historical tour through the brewery, and you will be able to quench your thirst by choosing from more than 10 types of Medvedgrad beer. For the first time, you will meet Fantom 42, a mountain IPA, and Četiri dečka, a session lager, the third beer in a series of five beers that tell the Medvedgrad story on the occasion of the 30th anniversary. The great news is that the price of all the beers on offer is €3, and in addition to the wide selection of beers on offer, cocktails await you.

Superb street food will satisfy everyone's palate. Picnic's team arrives from the sea for the second time, just like M Brothers with their burger offer. Fidel Gastro is a well-known restaurant in Zagreb, and we will find out how they handle the street food version at Brundanje. This year's discovery from the Pizza Festival is certainly the Zagyland pizza , which also arrives in the brewery's yard, and after the savory comes the sweet and the kind – Ferdinand dumplings – once you try one, you'll come back for more.

Payment at Brundanje will be exclusively cashless , with all cards.
