The Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall has been synonymous with a top music product for more than 40 years, and the Lisinski cycle on Saturdays is a unique blend of a carefully crafted program concept consisting of a classic concert and conversation with artists in the Great Hall and then a dance and entertainment program in the Hall. From the very beginning, the cycle was conceived as a presentation of the world's most sought-after ensembles and music artists at the moment. The long-term success of this event, which has been held since 1981, is evidenced by the City of Zagreb Award, which the Hall received in 1989.
