Zrno bio bistro is the first 100% organic vegan restaurant in Croatia. In our dishes we offer food delivered every morning directly from the first Croatian eco estate Zrno. Freshly picked vegetables, freshly made tofu and seitan, and warm unleavened bread from our bakery come to the bistro’s kitchen to find their place in the dishes you choose. In addition to the experience and skill of dedicated chefs, we pay special attention to the preparation of dishes that nurture the criteria of macrobiotics in accordance with vegan principles.
