The owner of the restaurant Nikica Perić and his team decided to present a thoughtful "jestvennik", ie a menu with specialties from different parts of Croatia, to the citizens of Zagreb, but also to more and more tourists, so in the morning you can treat yourself to a "Croatian breakfast" including bread, cheese, cream kulen and bacon, and for lunch you can choose between daily snacks and a la carte dishes.

The pleasant space of the Uspinjača restaurant consists of two parts, so when you enter the restaurant, a shop window full of cheese and cured meat products will attract your attention, as well as an impressive row of prosciutto on pedestals. This is where you can steal a bite and drink a glass of wine while you wait for your table without remorse.

Choosing the prosciutto you want to try will not be an easy task because all the prosciuttos offered at the International Prosciutto Festival in Tinjan won quality awards. Don't miss to taste the breads from the bakery that come from the Ana bakery bakery, among which special attention is drawn to the soft slices of bread in which the minced remains of Croatian prosciutto, chopped dried tomatoes and olives are hidden.
