In Paulaner Grill Bar we offer burgers, kebabs and stuffed pork loins prepared according to the original recipe in the Zagreb style. Our guests especially enjoy the stuffed drumstick and shank , as well as the steak . The tastes are not discussed, but something that is not discussed in the Paulaner Grill Bar is the top quality of the prepared dishes.

We make steaks from carefully selected meat aged and stored in our own maturing chambers to get a premium product. All dishes are prepared from fresh ingredients, and we prefer to use the seasonal offer.

Of course, we did not neglect how much our guests enjoy desserts . They are the point on the "I" of a top meal, we even prepare the dough for our famous apple strudel, which we make according to our own recipe and roll out by hand.
