Häagen-Dazs is an American ice cream brand founded by Reuben and Rose Mattus in Brooklyn Heights, New York in 1961. The first Häagen-Dazs patisserie opened in New York in 1976. Today there are more than 900 pastry shops around the world. Our patisseries are a central place of enjoyment for Häagen-Dazsa fans.
