Since the first exhibition performance of basketball players from Europe and the USA, which began on June 17, 1972, until today the Sports Hall is the venue for the most important sporting events, exhibitions, entertainment and artistic events, religious and political gatherings.

The facility has 32,000 m2 of usable area, of which 10,000 m2 is office space, and 22,000 m2 is used exclusively for sports.

He trains about thirty clubs every day in eight halls. There is not a month that the House of Sports does not hold an event that the month is remembered by the public and the media, whether it is a performance of a big world club, national team, European and world championships, world or domestic music stars.
