Archived: Mystical Advent in the old-fashioned way

Advent in a different way is an evening themed tour that tells participants stories about the old Advent and New Year's customs of the city of Zagreb by visiting locations dedicated to Advent.

During an inspiring walk around the city, you will find out, for example, who made the first cribs, how the old people of Zagreb warmed themselves for very cold winters and how they feasted for Christmas, who were all congratulators, what is Christmas, what is Herodoševo and what is Kokošjevo , where the custom of decorating the Christmas tree and a lot of other interesting information comes from.

We want to tell the story in a different way; so our program is fun, educational and interacts with the participants at the same time. We look forward to seeing you!
