City Center one East

City Center one Zagreb East, the third shopping mall in Croatia within the City Center one brand, was opened in spring 2012. The opening of City Center one Zagreb East gave a new character to the Zagreb district Žitnjak. Entire eastern part of the city, with its suburbs and nearby towns, was given a destination for shopping and fun.

A great advantage of this location is the fact that City Center one Zagreb East is the only large shopping mall in the eastern part of Zagreb. The area gravitating towards the Center has more than 270,000 inhabitants, with addition to the nearby towns such as Dugo Selo, Ivanic-Grad, Bjelovar, Vrbovec, Sv. Ivan Zelina, Kutina, Varaždin and others. City Center one Zagreb East has more than 6 million visitors each year.

The Center has a gross area of 130,000 square meters. The retail premises on three floors take up 50,000 square meters. The visitors can use 2,400 free parking spaces. All the premises of the Center are disabled friendly and children friendly. The garages have three direct road accesses, and several city bus lines stop at the Center.
