We use Google Ad Manager and AdSense service to place ads on our portal. Showing ads is done in partnership with Google and we can serve you customized ads in accordance with your data and the Google Preferences you have.

Contact form and email

We use Outlook to process all internal e-mails and communicate with customers. When we receive your e-mail we will receive your email address, IP address, and the information you have provided us in the contact form or message. Our e-mails are stored on a server in Croatia, where all data is protected by the ISO 27001 management system. E-mail communication is kept in our database for a period of 3 years to enable us to improve our services and to provide you with the appropriate service.

 

Marketing Campaigns

When running social campaigns or other online ad campaigns, it is possible for service providers to use cookies or pixels on our site to track and serve our ads on different platforms.

Mobile Application

We use Google Analytics to generate fire information on our mobile app. To use the maximum functionality of the mobile app divan.fyi, you need to allow push notifications and geolocation. You give the specified privacy settings in your smartphone settings.

In order to submit push  notices, we use the service of our Onesignal partner and share with you the necessary UDID information of your mobile device.

Newsletter Notifications

For the delivery of our newsletter, as well as for the management of recipient lists and logging records, we use the MailChimp platform and we take all necessary data protection measures in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Croatian Law and Regulations (GDPR). Your right to accept or decline to receive our notifications.

Each newsletter has a link to modify the data, consent you have given us or submit your request to delete your contact from the list.

Embedded content from other websites

In some parts of our website there are content that we have embedded from the code with other websites. Access to this content takes place in the same way as you accessed the site where it was set up, so you can download the cookies that you would otherwise download through visiting this site.
