Welcome our dear friends and companions!
We are very pleased to announce the Beta release of FreeMental Festival! As one strong union FM festival has experienced an evolutionary leap into a new stage. This year FreeMental’s door will be opened for 4 days and 3 nights from 15th of August until 18th of August and it will be held on an island of Cres, where you will become one with untouched coast of this beautiful island. Our two stages Psylogic and Biologic, will have reinforcement this year and it will be our dear musical friend, Dublogic. As you all know FreeMental is a platform which represents regional artists and this year we got reinforcement from our dear friends – Sangoma records from Germany and Forestdelic records from Slovenia which both have their very rich international artist roster.
You will have the opportunity to exhibit your handicrafts within FM market, be part of our many workshops and to be able to taste our homemade rakija from a few different villages from our beautiful country. As we descend to a Mediterranean climate, we expect to have Sun above us from day one, luckily festival location offers lots of space covered in trees, so you will be able to fill the whole forest with your hammocks and tents.
For all of you who love to live freely and enjoy making friends from all around the world, you will be pleased to know that this year, FM festival will be held on exact same day as Woodstock did 50 years ago. We will do everything in our power to follow that historical and groundbreaking event and provide you with at least a portion of craziness and wild experience as Woodstock has.

Free jam session / bring your own instrument and jam freely with anybody and anyone.
This „floor“ is considered as free spirited and without guidance, music circle jam.
Feel free to bring any kind of musical instrument but this does not include pirate Sound Systems or Sound Systems of any kind.
Necessary backline will be provided by us.
