Hook and Cook PopUp at Art Park from July 23-26
Hook and Cook is finally back in the metropolis thanks to an invitation from the Art Park team !
They moored their boat for a couple of days and are coming from July 23 to 26 to visit one of the most beautiful parks in Zagreb, a suitable name for them – Ribnjak Park.
In this beautiful location, they will try to evoke and transfer experiences from their events through Hook and Cook PopUp, and offer the best fusion of sea streetfood and good fun.
Fishing, good food and selected music
For those of you meeting them for the first time, Hook and Cook is a concept that combines fishing, good food and select music.
In the preparation of meals, they are guided by diversity and make sure that every bite you try evokes pleasant summer flavors and aromas.
The most important item is, as with any dish, fresh, local and available ingredients. They like to experiment with food and move away from the classic offer, so they push their food to perfection. They like to try new dishes, enjoy food, talk to chefs and people who have similar ideals and visions like them.
Their concept is not necessarily fast and cheap food. Hook and Cook offers a fusion of local foods in an interesting way.
If you’ve ever visited them at their restaurant in Pula or at any of the pop-up events, you know what we’re talking about.
Hook and Cook tacos
They have been thinking for a long time about how to combine all the menus from their festivals and provide the best possible food experience.
After a long discussion of several sequences… they came to the conclusion that the best solution is – Taco!
They take with them resident chef Oliver Mijić, a master of tacos, and you can see the menu for Art Park Zagreb in the photo below!
The opening of Hook and Cook PopUp is on Thursday
For a good groove at the opening, their resident DJ Your Name from the Legalize Lambada collective will take care of it. Its recognizable "sound" is an unavoidable part of their events. In this way, they want all visitors to experience a slightly different and unique gastronomic concept.
