In the family home in the village of Frédéric, Adrienne, Jérémie and their children celebrate the 75th birthday of their mother Hélène Berthier, who dedicated her life to preserving the work of her uncle, the painter Paul Berthier. Hélène’s sudden disappearance a few months later will force them to grapple with the distribution of the family inheritance but also face their own past. Will this seemingly closely related family be able to stay together?
